Do contact them in advance to ensure the particular model that you are seeking are available at their shop. Alternatively you can also follow us on facebook and Instagram where many live pictures of our OceanX owners can be viewed at your pleasure.
You can either buy it online from our online store, or at one of our dealers nearest to you (http://www.oceanXwatch.com/retailer/HongKong).
If you see a watch that you would like to purchase, simply click the [Add to Cart] button on the page and it will automatically be added to your cart. Then, you may continue shopping or proceed with checkout when you are finish browsing.
Most orders will be shipped out on the following business day by EMS once payment has been confirmed.
If the payment are made via Paypal eCheck, the order will only be shipped once the funds are cleared.
The order should arrive within 15 business days. Please note that we ship only to paypal confirmed addresses and physical street addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO.
Please be aware that it may be subject to customs and duties when it is coming into your country. We are not be responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs.
You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped by EMS. The order will be shipped from Hong Kong.
Due to different international tax laws, all prices listed on the website are factory prices, any taxes applied at the country of destination are the responsibility of the consignee.

Our parcels will be remarked as “precision timing instrument” and we will provide the correct item value to customs. If you wish to have your prescribed method of shipping and / or description of the package and value please let us know in advance. However we will not take responsibility should customs reject or revalue your watch.

All watches that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
A tracking number will be made available to you once we have shipped.
You may return or exchange any item as long as we are notified within 72 hours after receiving the item(s) for a full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping, to exchange for another in stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges.
For full refund take note that your shipping charges will not be refunded and we have to apply a 7% cancellation fee and $50 for the shipping costs incurred by us.
- Item(s) must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, straps must not be changed. Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.
- You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference, or if you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.
- Preorder deposits and payments are nonrefundable and can be applied only for store credit.
- Item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of notice to be eligible for refund or exchange.
All OceanX watches comes with a two years warranty from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. The international OceanX warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official OceanX dealer.
